1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By accessing or using LeadWeld’s Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

LeadWeld provides automation, CRM, lead management, and communication tools designed to help businesses capture, manage, and follow up with leads. Services may include website forms, SMS messaging, email communications, calendars, and workflow automations.

We may modify or update Services at any time to improve functionality or meet regulatory requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

Sending unsolicited, spam, or unlawful messages

Violating TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other messaging regulations

Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform

Sharing account access with unauthorized parties

LeadWeld reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. SMS & Messaging Policy

By submitting your phone number through LeadWeld forms, advertisements, or booking pages, you consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS messages related to appointment notifications, reminders, follow-ups, and other service-related communications.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any services.

SMS consent data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Messaging data may be shared only with authorized service providers to deliver communications.

5. SMS Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Restriction for Messaging

LeadWeld LLC SMS services are intended only for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

LeadWeld LLC does not knowingly collect or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Fees for paid Services are due as specified at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital and automation-based services, all payments are non-refundable once Services are activated. You may cancel future billing through your client portal or by contacting support.

8. Data & Compliance

LeadWeld processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Service Availability

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. LeadWeld does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may suspend Services for maintenance or updates.

10. Third-Party Services

LeadWeld may integrate with third-party platforms such as messaging carriers or payment processors. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadWeld is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Services.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and branding are the property of LeadWeld LLC and may not be used without written permission.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
