LeadWeld LLC (“LeadWeld,” “we,” or “our”) provides digital automation, CRM, and communication services designed to help businesses manage leads and customer communications. Due to the nature of these services, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.


1. Refund Policy

All purchases, setup fees, and subscription payments for LeadWeld services are non-refundable once activated or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Monthly or annual subscriptions

Setup or onboarding fees

One-time service payments

Refunds are issued only in rare cases involving verified billing errors caused by LeadWeld. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for review.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Contacting us at [email protected], or

Canceling directly through your client portal (if available)

Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Access to LeadWeld services will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle.


3. Billing Cycles & Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
